Harvest the wounded bison at night.
Tracked the bison from the given tracks, and killed it. Issue is, when i shot it, it ran and went down outside the highlighted area. Now the injured bison is dead and gone but the mission won't complete because it was outside the area

If you restart the game, the mission should be obtainable again and the Bison back to life.

Furthermore: Not the place, where the Bison dies, counts, but the place where you shot it. So if you shot the Bison inside the area, this should finish the mission.

This was 3 days ago this happened. Nothing has changed

Bhandari #10 mission has now completely disappeared off my to do list. But there hasn't been a new mission for bhandari and I was awarded anything for completing it.

You don´t get a new mission, because Nr. 10 is the last one of the Bhandari side missions. Furthermore, you only get the Bhandari achievement for accomplishing the Bhandari main missions, the side missions don´t count.
