Animal making wrong sounds

Animals on several maps both single and multiplayer are making incorrect noises. Blacktail deer on different maps are making alligator hissing. On Savannah map ducks are now the most common call I hear from any animal. This started happening almost a year ago. I made the mistake of assuming it would just get fixed. I came back to play with customization but I can't get past the duck sounds the lions make.

Rabbit did the deer sound to me hahaha, scared me too high cause it was very close to me xD

Yes, I have verified several times and reinstalled several times to no luck.

Lol, almost a year later and a brand new install, and my blacktails are making alligator hisses at me.
