Mississippi Acres - Out of Reach, BUGGED

1. It shows no map marker for the "First Site Listed on the Map."
2. When I'm at the site no dialogue is triggered and shooting the recorder does nothing.

This post is the answer. The map is listed until Mission Items, not the Mississippi map in the codex. Thank you, Mortis for this. I haven't gotten the tape recorder yet, but I am guessing that it is going to be there.
