Okay, just finished up the test. To begin with the tracks on my map were solid colored. I changed the settings to particle and glow. That worked. Tried to set them back to solid again and now I have the same problem you have. I'm on the LL map. You are also correct about file integrity not being an issue.
I'm on Yukon currently... but I'll guess this is a bug on every reserve.
Hope the Dev's fix this as I prefer the solid tracking lights.
Maybe I'll shut my PC down and restart... see if that makes the difference ?
Edit: Shutting down my PC / Restart and even a Steam update did nothing.
And I am still unable to adjust my track settings for a solid glow. : (
The blink is rather annoying... especially in the dark.
But that setting is not working.
I've been playing for a long time... didn't just now start.
Did you read the post by Mr. Ed ?
Glow = Pulsating glowing tracks
Particle and Glow = Pulsating glowing tracks with a raising floating arc over them.
Glow used to mean " solid glow "
Particle and glow was the pulsating tracks.
It's changed whether you acknowledge that or not.

Nothing has changed.
Though it's confusing to figure out when I did start this game.
Steam has become more complicated then I care to follow any more.
I had solid glowing tracks until one day... when I didn't.
But was unable to get them back by adjusting my settings.
And I made no changes in the settings... so someone changed it in my behalf or the system changed.
Mr. Ed claims to have had solid glow tracks... until he changed the setting...
and then could not turn them back.
2018 that's proof ? really ? Lol
whatever.
Yes, I was showing that it's always been like this, hence an older video.
Besides... his settings were not what I had originally.
Maybe my tracking was fubar back then... But I do remember the tracks having a solid glow.
But it is what it is now... sooo... so be it.
Now that I'm getting old and my eyes hurt from blinking lights...
I would rather not have to look at that. Lol
Thanks for your efforts of telling me I was mistaken. Lol
