Footsteps sound are disappeared

When I used weapon while I was walking, then I changed to camera, I have noted that hunter's footsteps sound are disappeared. But the other sounds can still be heard (as bird sounds, insect sounds), Just like this video.

I don't notice it often as I don't walk around with my camera out very often but I've wondered if this was intended? When you look through a scope it reduces the sound a bit to represent that the hunter is more focused. Maybe they thought that when using the camera this effect should be even more pronounced?

I also have this error after patch 1.31.

Only the sound of the steps disappears. The sound of birds and wind noise etc. is left. For me, the sound disappeared when I hunted in Hirschfelden and I would use one of the new weapons in weapon pack 2.
