Can't buy predator "distressed fawn" caller

It takes the money away from me but won't give me the caller, please don't come and say "but did you check your inventory?", PLEASE.

It's been like this for months now.

It must be unlocked before it can be attained... at least that used to be.

Yeah it's unlocked, otherwise I wouldn't even be able to hit "buy". No idea what's wrong with this caller, maybe my savegame is broken or something (though I haven't done anything to it)
