Pleassssssse fix the mission bug for these two missions. I recently started playing through Game Pass and not being able to progress the story is killing me!

If I were a dev I'd have no idea how to do what you ask because I don't have either a "who" (single or MP) and a "what" (as in what specifically happened). Sometimes a "when" and a "where" help as well but that's easy enough for them to figure out based upon the mission you identified. Not criticizing, just rendering some helpful advice.

There's a reported problem with the second Mr black missions, Hope - Sick papa bear & Trampfine - The return of bear man, where it seems like the bear doesn't spawn.

I have also been stuck on these 2 missions for at least a week now. I have literally tried everything. I have googled/youtubed where the bear is supposed to be. Spent an entire day in a bush at 250m down wind, NO BEAR. Spent an entire day hunting the other side of the map, 0 hunting pressure in lake district, crawled up from down wind from 350m, NO BEAR.

It has to be a bug. I don't know maybe it's because I did spook him in the first mission, but there he came back and I got the picture after focussing on another mission. He doesn't seem to come back here.

Trampfine- The Returnof Bear Man/ Hope- Sick Papa Bear: Mr. Black NOT Spawning

Hello,

I have this game on PS4 and already completed the missions on all of the maps. So I already know where all of the animals spawn that you are supposed to kill or take a photo of. When I got this mission I went to the High Lake Swamps where Mr. Black is supposed to be and I went to the specific location of where he spawns. He was not there and not even a track of him fleeing. So I set up a tent by the location and exited the game and came back a few times to still find nothing. I even walked around the area many times to see if he was spawning at a new location. I cannot even find a track from him. I don't think he is spawning at all.

I love this game and would really like to be able to complete the story on PC as well.

Return of the Bear Man - I've set up a few tents in different locations (within the highlighted area on the map) and have gone there at different times of day for the past week - that bear is not spawning there - no tracks / no sign. Would love for someone to prove me wrong with a Dec 2019 video.

also there is no bear on 2 missions, "Trefine: the return of the fan of the bears" and "Hope: Sick Bear"

Fantastic game, but I am stuck on this mission as well. Tried everything I could find on the internet, nothing works. I am stuck at this on both PC and XBOX One. Please if there is a dev looking at this thread - help us! We can't move on...

BUG: Hope - Sick Papa Bear + Trampfire - The return of Bear Man

So, upon obtaining these two quests I had a crash with a crash report (That I sent in).

But I think part of the effects of this is that MrBlack (The Bear) is not spawning at the new location.
~ I've read hundreds of threads claiming his spawn location
~ I've crawled along the ground along the whole bloody Lake.
~ I've set up tents throughout the area.
~ I've tracked / hunted all the bear tracks I can find. Still Nothing.

Please help... I know its a long shot that a Dev will respond with this being an older game, but I hope someone can aid me.

I'm not of the belief that I'm just "Spooking" the bear. He just literally isn't in the highlighted area.

As with some bugs in Classic, all you hear are EW crickets chirping - if you're lucky. Problem is 1. they don't what's wrong 2. they don't know how to fix it. In other words, ignorance is their only option. As I said before, happy for someone to proof me wrong with a recent video completing that quest.

Sooooo frustrating. I’ve purchased additional DLC as this mission basically stops you from progressing the story line.

I'm also stuck due to this fu*@$ Mr Black that do not spawn (Mr Black 2nd). I spent a lot of time close to the spawn area, waiting during one day (game time) but no Mr Black spawned.

I read almost everything on the web about this issue and I tried everything I found. Connect / disconnected, switch to another landscape, having a rest and re-try but nothing worked.

Any news on a fix ?

I have also been leopard crawling my ass off, doing ninja wind master sneaking, placing tents, Sitting my life away waiting, watching youtube vids but all with no luck. I am getting a lot of black Bears around the Piranha looking lake but not one Mr.Black.

Been stuck on this for a while and I am just about uninstalling the game. Sad but this will bug me too much to continue with the game.
