Can't Equip Backpack

I bought a Medium backpack, I can select it in character screen but Accept button is greyed out. I have the Free DLC checked and all the other Areas unlocked. I've tried emptying my inventory to no avail.

In character...

My " accept " button will not highlight unless I use the " arrows " to choose another option.
But it must be an owned option to change to that.

In other words... if it is already chosen and being utiized... the accept will not highlight.
It only allows " accept " if I change to something else.

I bought the optional large pack... different color...

It shows the Backpaks weight that is utilized and shows the max weight being allowed.
20 / 29 in my case for the larger Backpak.

The Backpak is not assigned its contents directly...
It basically replaces the " storage " icon in the menu. When going to the cache "e"

The Backpak cannot be accessed in the field... and one must go to a " cache " in order to access that and move inventory.
The only assignment in the field is your actual inventory keys 1 - 9
Pressing " escape or F1 " allows inventory (key) access I believe.

Unless of course you carry a Tent (DLC) in your inventory... which allows you access to the store and backpak where ever you might be.

I don't see your problem as being a " bug " ( tho' there are plenty }
I see it as a fact that you missunderstand how it is utilized or functions.

Thanks for the reply, no matter what I do tho the max weight does not change from 20, which is default, not with a backpack.

If the small backpak max is 20... I'll assume nothing is being added into that.

Once purchased from the store... it must be allocated to the Backpack.
Some purchases may be in the " Storage "... but must be slid ( click / drag ) to the right column in the Backpak to be placed / utilized.

ie: from Storage to the Backpak

I've not messed with that much since the Dev's changed that format.

But doing so still works for me.

If you have less than 5000 then you can't change anything on that page, get more money and it will work

Try switching between window mode and fullscreen, that sometimes fixes my buttons when they don't want to work.
