Flickering structures graphics issue
Whenever I am in or near ANY structures I have this most odd graphics issue. Dozens of structures, fences, furniture etc pop into and out of view.
If I do not move the scene is normal. But anytime I move or look around then fences, power poles, chairs and buildings flicker all over the place. Even at different elevations up in the sky. Makes target practice impossible.
Not finding any other reports of this.
I have verified files, reinstalled, updated drivers and burned away entire evenings playing with graphics options to zero improvment.
Can ANYONE help please?
PLEASE☺

I have the exact same issue. I have no idea what may be causing this, but it may be a nvidia problem.

resolution of the image looks a bit weird because the screenshot takes long enough for the bug not to render. So I screenshot video footage.

lots bugs and odd visuals in this game.
Most I just ignore... like floating grass and shrubs on the Medved reserve.

But I don't have flickering objects... unless something is going out of rendering view.
At least that I've noticed.

No such thing as " perfect " btw.
Sometimes ya just gotta deal with the little stuff and concentrate on the critical bugs.

Been that way for over a year.... maybe since the game's inception and original release..
the Dev's are really slow to fix the visual boogers.
Somethings the bugs never get fixed... so ya just deal with them.

You're sure your video card is up to snuff for game play ?

I managed to fix it by running the game windowed. This gave me another problem with having the cursor not centered, making me click on the taskbar a lot. I end up launching the game via steam's launch option: /borderless
this fixed everything.
GTX 1070 btw
