Is there a fix for the bugged codex stats??

There are plenty of people who have severely messed up stats/information in the codex, and I'm one of them. I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to "refresh" the stats in the codex. I'm looking for a fix, or a way to refresh them - without being told to start a new game.

Sure there are some stats that are hard to prove are wrong, even though you know for a fact they are, but then there are the stats that are not only wrong, but contradict other stats within the codex.

On Layton I've completed 27 main missions and 37 side missions, but the codex says I've completed 42 missions and 38 side missions. No amount of standardized math is going to reconcile those figures.

On Hirsh I've completed 4 main missions and 0 side missions, but the codex says I've completed 16 missions and 1 side mission.

On Medv I've completed 3 missions and 0 side missions, and the codex stats for Medv... Well, let's just say they decided not to collect statistics for that map.

I've used 22 skill points to get a total of 13 out of 26 skills.

So someone please explain these skill/perk figures on my profile card. Maybe it represents something I'm just not getting.

There's also things like the leaderboard not matching actual harvest scores, longest vital kill distances not matching reality, and % of reserve explored.

So you see I might be a bit skeptical when it comes to most everything else in the codex' stats.

On a side not: If I've built 97 hunting structures on the European map alone, and that's part of the nearly 200 structures (not counting the many barns/cabins and so forth) within one map, how about considering an actual wilderness area map, where it's not "urban hunting" like it is on these. It's getting to the point where I can't make heads or tails of the map with all of this clutter.

Everything on my codex page is completely wrong, from missions, Hunt History, discovered outpost, collectables, exc. Only thing that is still accurate is my list of bronze, silver, gold and overall harvests along with shots and accuracy. Everything else is wrong.

Sadly Avalanche is not known for their ability to track stats accurately in either of their hunting games. Don't expect a fix anytime soon if history repeats itself
