Terrain/Ground glitch (flickering)

Hello to the person reading this.

I would like to find a (hopefully) quick solution to this problem.

As I downloaded the game yesterday and started it up, I noticed that in the main menu, the ground of the actual map was glitching out and flickering with its textures. (SCREENSHOT
https://imgur.com/a/j8fCMvL) This might not be apparent, however when I started the actual journey, I noticed the following (SCREENSHOT https://imgur.com/a/lYOK9d0). This "Bug" continued to appear everywhere I went and wasn't contained in a fixed spot.

I tried to investigate, and found out that when I lower my graphics to the lowest (minimum) the bug is less apparent and only comes here and there, however, I do not think that my computer can not handle these graphics as my specs are as followed:

Cannot open your screenshot. Apparently one must sign up for imgur to do so. There is a setting in the games graphics that reduces flickering so you could try that and see if it works.

Yes, I JUST STARTED to get that too. I'm in Parque Fernando. I've got a GTX 1060-6GB and it shouldn't be happening. Usually when I first start crawling, then it stops after a few yds.

If it keeps getting worse the game won't be usable, by anyone.

Herre's the problem I'm seeing with flickering on a my 16Gb, Intel 8700K / GeForce 1070 with latest drivers system :(
