Can't dismantle tripod.

I don't get an R while standing on the ground looking at the tripod, just E for enter. And I tried a tree stand and I can't deploy on the marked trees with the left mouse button. My DLC download must have glitched. Is there a way to reinstall it?

I run a local file integrity check after every download. Seems to help avoid glitches and bugs.

Just started a new game and have not tried the tree stands or tripods out yet. Wish I had an answer for you.

Hello. Tripods can be dismantled "the old fashioned way". Like other portable structures, there is a bag that you can look at and press E by default to dismantle it. Only treestands are unique that way that you dismantle them with R.

As for the treestands - do you see the preview of a treestand when trying to place it?

I finally figured it out. The tripod bag was buried in some long grass where I set iy up and I couldn't see it. The treestands are very persnickity but if you keep moving your cursor around ever so slightly the treestand will appear, then hit the left mouse button. Thanks for your help!
