Cant unlock weapon and ammo

I cant unlock the last pistol 'rhino 454' and the ammo for the .44 magnum although i have enough points.

current pistol points 3534.

any known solutions?

I have the same issues, I can't unlock things because I am either over the required Level or am over the required Weapon Score, this was caused when they lowered all the Level/Score requirements, which they then fixed in a Patch but now it has happened again...

The way they set up the ammo and gun buying is confusing in itself. They should consider re-doing the whole framework.

Still the same issues in 1.41. Devs how are we supposed to BETA Test for you if we can't use the stuff to test?
