walking slow motion

Same here. It's not a question of the wrong video card being used by the game, or anything like. The game starts and runs fine for 5-10 minutes, and then inevitably, the slow motion walking running etc. starts. It's something relatively new for me, though I can't pinpoint the exact month it started.

Managed to resolve my issue by lowering graphics to "Medium", elevating the laptop for better airflow and putting a fan right next to the computer... As mentioned elsewhere, this game runs hot. I should've clued in earlier given the symptoms.

Maybe a trip to "Amazon" to order a laptop cooling platform for the laptop?
