Friends on the EPIC platform cannot connect to my multiplayer games

I am a player on this platform (Steam PC player) when I want to invite my PC player friends from the EPIC platform, the invitation appears but when they accept it a black screen appears. My friends can't join my game, I'm very upset, before there was no problem with the game connecting between different gaming platforms.

I'm sorry to hear you encountered trouble with inviting your friends who use the Epic Games Launcher. I understand this can be annoying.

We have received similar reports about the invites not working properly and we are actively investigating the problem internally.

In the meantime, if it continues to happen in your game, please consider limiting the number of players in the session when creating the multiplayer game to your preferred number, and then asking your friends to join you directly from the multiplayer session list.
