Issue with Out of her comfort zone, Baden Mission

Having 2 issues with the Out of her comfort zone 2nd mission.
First time i did it, i found the phone and the bear came at me, shot the bear. The game prompts to go back and find more clues...there was none.

So I started again. Got to the mission zone, can hear the phone horn playing, but no phone in sight. I get a prompt every now and then when I walk over the spot it should be in, but it doesnt stay and i cant hit E quick enough. Any one else had this issue?

You didn't mention finding the photo on the ground, the hand held sound thing or the claw marks on the tree. Those are all part of the same mission. Unlike some missions, this one appears to require us to complete each step in a specific sequence. Do them out of order or miss a step and the mission doesn't complete. First time i did it I found the phone but after that the claw marks on the tree didn't appear and neither did the bear. Back then it was impossible to replay a mission so I was stuck and unable to move on as far as the missions went. This is the misson that burned me out on doing missions entirely.

The only thing I can find is the sound thingy. After i found that I walked forward and then the guy says Look out a bear.

I restarted it again, and had the same result. Can either find the sound thing, then bear comes out, then nothing else can be found or triggered...

or

no sound thing visible (but has sound) when you first walk up to the mission point.

I found the photo on the trail just before I entered the open area surrounding the pond. it's easy to miss. The claw marks are on the base of one of trees not far from the phone. You might want to find all 4 things first before you touch anything. Then experiment in what order you touch or recover them. I'd pitch a tent not far from the photo spot just so I could fast travel to that area while doing repeats of the mission. Or you could just do what I've done and simply go hunting and not bother doing missions. Much less frustrating.

Yeah thats the thing, I dont get all 4. Or in case of the last time I tried, not even 1 to find. And yeah, the missions do suck.

I'm experiencing the same issue as the original post. First time through, I found the sound horn/phone, they he says 'look out a bear', then the bear ran away and I didn't shoot it as I wasn't sure I was supposed to and it did not go to attack me. Then nothing happened. I ran around for a while, he reminded me to go back and look for clues, but there aren't any.

There were also a few other bugs in the surrounding area, a Turkey didn't run when I got up to it just glitched out frozen, a blood trail didn't show up on a deer I shot, and there were no tracks where the bear was. So I restarted the game. Ran all the way back down there almost 2 km, sound was going off but no matter how hard I looked there was no phone on the ground so I just left. Hopefully they'll fix the bug soon, as there are no other side missions to do yet so I'm kind of stuck.
