Can't download the game

As the tittle says , i start the download , it starts downloading for 10 seconds or so and then the game disappears from the downloads tab lol

This is something that might be new. It can easily take 2x the size of the game in free memory for it to download properly. Make sure you have no programs running in the background and that you have an exception for game posted on your anti-virus program(s). That's all I can think of that might resolve the problem.

how much free space is on the drive with the steam folder? the game is about 66gig installed and takes at least 100gig when steam unpacks it so free up space if not enough

i just tried on a different drive that has over 200gb free space and again the same thing
