with a RTX 2060 on windows 10, with the game at the lowest video settings.
I can't play more than 10 minutes without it crashing. It could be a good game if they fix it.
I was on Te Awaroa on my last session. Can't get the game to start up now to change maps though.
Edit: Never mind A geezer called John F has a fix that worked perfectly for me.
Pc: 1050 ti, 8gb ram ddr4, i5 9gen and whatever...
I have crashed a few times when opening the map screen. It seems to occur right after loading. So launch the game, hit 'Continue' and immediately bring up the map.
Alternatively, you can use Fast Travel. It's the same idea. Fast travel to a cabin and immediately open the map screen once you load in. It doesn't happen every single time, so I suspect there is some timing to the repro.

UPDATE
Looks like It may be solved,
I made sure everything was updated, ran gpu updates, ran driverbooster, ccleaner the lot, couldn’t find another thing to update if I tried.
I also deleted the main folder inside the hunter folder in the steam folder then did a verification, re downloaded and installed it just incase.
Done everything I can think of
And what may have been the most important thing all along,
Looks like either the new windows update or maybe the new nvidia update dropped my fan curves to 0, so I went back in and reset them, so far it’s been sitting there in the spots where it was crashing for over an hour. My gpu monitor says the temp is stable and everything is good.
Looks like it’s fixed, I’ll report back if it’s not, but until then I think it’s fixed

I've sent bug reports to steam several times.
There was no problem until two months ago.
I tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it.
However, the same problem persists.
