Can't visit my friends lodge?

i have huntclub enable and they have to but they cant visit my lodge and i cannot visit their.

That's not how it works. As far as I remember your friend has to host his lodge like he would host any other map in a multiplayer session, only then can you visit it. Nothing to do with the huntclub.
