Restore to default if you changed lots of stuff and don't know what to do, it is also good to set power management mode to maximum performance both in windows and nvidia panel to make sure you to get the max performance.
No matter what i try i cannot get rid of it and it is too annoying, will Reshade fix this problem?
I'm on 1440p I need at least 2x more resolution otherwise DSR won't scale nice, and I don't have the GPU power for that (using gtx 980 ti).
It all comes down about the resolution and how much hardware power you have, you should at least have a system that is capable of playing 4k 60fps otherwise you shouldn't bother because you'll probably have a very bad framerate.
Thank you for replaying and giving me some direction.
Will give the DSR+Reshade a try.
