Perks/skills selected but not working.

Haven't played the game in a while, decided to jump on and give it a go. Noticed that none of my perks/skills are working/active even though selected. Would cost me 70000 to reset them, which I don't have after buying the new gun that I bought before knowing about this glitch, and I am now stuck with no perks/skills until I've made 70000. Please fix the game before pushing out new content..

Some perks / skills require activation in game (turned on) Even tho' they're an earned item.
I'll hope you don't click " New Game " as that will start you over every time.
And starting over means you lose all progress (Skills/Perks earned) and purchases made using game coin.

You need click " Continue " on the menu when playing the game to retain what you've earned.

The only thing that is assured by Steam is the DLC's that were purchased using real money.

I doubt the Developer's can fix what may not be broken, nor reinstate what you've earned in game.
That falls on you. And your knowledge / experience with playing the game.

There are plenty of bugs and glitches in the game...
But I'm not sure if that is what has occurred in your case ?

About the guaranteed DLC's. I bought them all on Steam, not at the same time, so not the 2019 edition bundle, but I have them all.

Still everytime I start up the game they recommend that I buy Parqe Fernando.. That I own, have installed and can play? And no, I can't even buy it as I already own it?!
Is it a known 'problem' or is my save/profile screwed up beyond repair?

It,s an known bug. Hope they fix it in the future.

Been trying to verify files a few times. It still sticks to the font, just a slight annoyance.

But the reason I even dropped into this thread in the first place, were since I also had skill/perk-trees that suddenly stopped working. When resetting them (with more money then one could afford, to find how many of them that were broken) some still said they had the first 3 skills in the skill line, and only one selectable.
The 3 point already there didn't/don't count to the number of the points put in the skill tree.. so it's just to re-reset it!! Then make sure it's not on cloudsync, exit to desktop, jump in again.. and with some luck it now shows 0/4 when looking at the startingskill.
And any points now count, so you can unlock the skills that needs number of skillpoints placed to unlock.

I normally don't promote the usage of Cheat Engine.. but when re-speccing cost +70k .. and at times have to be done more then once in a row.. I have to say I fully supports it's usage for 'money switching'

A while ago i had the problem after reseting one tree the other was restetet too. The perks was still there but the funktion not. So I had to reset the second tree to get all back running again. I had to get the money but with the ducks it was not too bad.

Had my 'Range Zeroing' perk stop working for me suddenly today.
A few resets and it worked again.. but by then the 'less wobble' (Archery Tier2?) weren't working anymore, and hed to reset that one too.. and the rest just to be sure they were active.

Soon I give up and set my XP to lvl 60, and place the (too few) points once and for all, and hope they'll stay there.

I just want to hunt and have fun.. not sitting editing my money to afford to do resets all the time.

(And I actually don't want to be lvl 60 ..yet)
