AMD Radeon Optimization
I mean don't get me wrong but this game sucks Nvidia's ♥♥♥♥ pretty hard. There needs to be better optimization for Radeon Cards. I have an RX 580 and I should be getting at least 55-60 on ultra.

@1080p with a RX-480, I was getting avg.55 fps. Purchased new monitor, 2560 x 1080 @ 75 hz getting 42 -45 fps. I do have fog and heat haze turned off by preference.

All settings in Crimson set to 'override" . performance set to high. Also in "wattman" i've set max fan speed to 3200, up from defaulr 2300, and set max temp to 80 and target temp to 60. This decreased my gpu temps in game from 75 to 78 degrees to 60 -65 degrees.

While i was using a 1080p monitor, I also used "VSR" in Crimson, set to 2560 x 1600 in game, this lowered my fps, but made the game just 'pop" visually.

If you can't tell, I'm more about what I see on screen, than some number running up in the corner.

on a GTX 1070, I get 60 - 70fps avg at 1080p but I have heat haze, motion blur, and volumetric fog off by preference

Optimization sucks overall, regardless of GPU manufacturer. I am playing at 2560x1440 with everything maxed out and AA off, I am dropping to mid 50s quite often with my GTX 1080Ti FE. So the game is just poorly optimized.

I play this game on 4k dsr and I get 33 to 50 fps, depending where I am.
That is plenty in this type of game, it's not cod for heavens sake.
Just turn off your fps meter and enjoy :)

I know this is an old toppic, but I switched to the newest AMD driver three weeks ago and FPS went down the drain. I played around with the settings, but nothing seems to work. Even putting everything setting down to minimum didnt work. 30 secs or so into the game FPS starts to go down. This never happend with the old 2018/2019 drivers. Anyone has any ideas why this might be ?

Nvidia 2070 RTX. I have a 75 FPS with V-Sync on on 1920x1080 (don't need those custom 2500+ resolutions honestly) but on Savanna can drop to 67 FPS sometimes. So I changed the monitor refresh rate to 60 and am playing everytime on 60 FPS because I really like to have stable FPS even if it is lower than my card could handle.

Hovewer the mouse stutter problem kills the optimization in this game for me.
