Buzzing with sound that changes pitch based on FPS
Getting a constant buzzing noise thru my headphones only when playing this game, it's not the headphones. The pitch changes based on the framerate.

Do you happen to have and use a 2080Ti? What you're describing sounds like the infamous "coil whine" common with that GPU. Not sure why you would hear it through your headset though. Unless you have a grounding issue somewhere in the system.

Yeah i use a 2080TI but this is the only game to make this sound out of 50 others i've played with this rig. It's not a ultra high framerate whining sound like you get with 400+fps games without a framecap or vsync, this sounds more like a buzzing but it does change pitch based on framerates 100 to 144 (yes i use a 144hz monitor) this problem wasn't there last time i played maybe 8 months ago.

In that case, it could be the PSU.

P.S. I'm not blaming your PC, just throwing out ideas. :steamhappy:

If possible, try moving your headset to another port, see if anything changes.

Had the same issue with my speakers. Decoupled the speakers from the mainboard by using an external interface and connecting via SPDIF instead of jack plug.

I've noticed this several times on my system. It's only ever happened while playing this game but I think that's just random chance because just turning the headphone plug slightly in the jack always makes it stop. I think it's some kind of leakage from the video card because the brighter the screen, the louder the buzz.
