Love the dogs! The bloodhounds are awesome! And it's neat you can interact with them as well! I would LOVE to see more breeds! Beagles, Terriers, (Mostly Weimaraner!), Retrievers. But yeah, I'd prolly buy them all if more were added XD

yes I only bought the game last month, as I always wanted it. But when I seen the dog companions added, I bought instantly. Now it's a game I come back to every so often. More dogs would be awesome.

So far yeah. The bloodhound, but there are so many other great hunting dogs as well. I believe Weims got 3 different tracking/hunting dog in them. But yeh xD different dogs for different things would be awesome. Like raccoon hunt? Redhound (could be wrong on the breed but the same from Where the Fern Grows) Rabbit hunt? Terriers. Duck/Goose hunt? Retriever. Bear hunt? Well honestly I can't remember the specific breed for it but my friend owns one xD but i'd have an arsenal of dogs. Legit bought the game cause a bunch of another game friends played and then they're like...'yeh dogs' and i was like 'Whuuuuut...' The dog deff makes it more fun for me xD

With a "Dachshund" we also should have a Dachs (Badger) ;-)
But i fear the dwarf sight of the hunter in game and the high grass and bushes will make hunting these animals in the game harder than in reality :-)

@Kubanskiloewe well that'll make the dog just that much more awesome like if they added in a mechanic where if he's running and howling you're still far away, as you get closer they get quieter and then when you're real close they're pointing, or doing their specific breed thing where they're like 'I see it but it can't detect us.' Like that would be completely awesome, specially with small game and it also lets them add in smaller animals. I know there are rabbits but not sure how many people hunt em XD

Would be cool if they added in Red Coonhounds for Raccoon hunting. Then they could add different aspects for the dog leveling up to make them better and maybe even hold online mutli tournies or friendly competition sites for your map with like your personal friends with them. "Who can get the biggest raccoon or the most, yada yada." like so many options and to even make it fun.

+1, i am kinda not good at spotting animals, pointer dogs that are better at spotting or retrievers that bring your ducks back etc would be awesome to have :)
