Also to all of you asking for monsters and dinosaurs, there is this game called Ark Survival Evolved. You might want to check it out.
Its guaranteed to be better than ANYTHING that EW could put together in CotW.

You do realize that it would no longer be hunting (in the real world sense) right? You would be seeing most of the dinosaurs from a mile away, and you would be using ridiculous weapons on them. And you would have to make it a survival game.
Unless they make it a completely separate game that they build from the ground up, it would never work.
It would absolutely work. There's no reason why it wouldn't. And no I wouldn't be seeing them from a mile away cause the devs don't think anyone could see an animal past 400 meters so im sure they'd cap em off there. Ridiculous weapons? Why... most dinosaur weren't very big and even the big ones weren't much bigger than elephants (yes you could name a few that were much larger but im talking majority) and we have guns that take down elephants... there wouldn't need to be made up fantasy weapons. As for "real world sense" hunting goes... yeah the game looks real as far as when your walking around you do think wow this looks good, forest looks good, mountains look good...but guess what.. even back then it still looked like the "real world" it just had different animals. And there's nowhere here in this real world where your going find 12 mountain lions all sitting together just to shoot like they heard up. In the end I doubt they ever make that kind of map. But it absolutely would work if they wanted and it wouldn't have to be as outlandish and impossible as some claim. Its a damn VIDEO GAME. I cant believe some people lose sight of that and treat this thing like its real life.

Oh also why would it have to be a survival game? If a dino did charge and kill you you'd just spawn back in at the nearest lodge like when a lion attacks you, or you get stampeded or fall of a cliff...

Good god people get a grip. I cant believe you are serious about dinosaurs and monsters in THIS game. There are games out there that are actually what you are looking for in CotW. It makes no sense.

How would you score a dinosaur lmao.

LOL..No, but it rarely does. About the time it would get here runoff starts. I'm happy with the BWO instead.

I've fished the BWOs a few times up around Salida in April before the caddis get rocking. Taken a few nice rainbows there. I've never fished the caddis past Brown's canyon. Guess I just assumed they came through Bueny in time, LOL.

Im not saying its impossible. They could do it. Do it really badly but do it they could.

Im saying its dumb and doesnt make sense for this game.

As a halloween event its fine. Hell throw Michael Myers in there. I'd never play it but as an event thats not actually what the game is about, i would have no issues with it.

As a DLC you'd never have to buy it or ever play it either. So what's the difference? It'd be fun and a lot of people would enjoy the change of pace. Hunting creepy crypto animals would be a blast. Again people who don't want it don't have to buy the DLC for such a map. Simple.
