the higher speed is only for a flatten curve but the destruction goes to the 22Mag most times. But the 22Mag does not expand quickly only if it hits a bone too the chance is high of destruction
its ok, and its be cool to have in the game with more small game animals, but for me 22mag is the better option.
i have a 22mag with a night vision scope as my fox/bobcat/coyote gun.
i was comparing with the 17HMR , not to the even stronger .204. For my taste the .204 is to strong only for class 1-2 in game. The .22Mag would be a perfect round for these class, perhaps with 2 different rounds like 40gr hollow point and the Polymer tip which isnt better in real life, imo...just marketing.
