Ghillie suit
Pretty simple idea, would have some pros and cons to wearing it like...

Pro - Can stand up in a tree/tall bush and remain invisible

Con - Make more noise as you move

Pro - Slightly masks your scent/scents sprayed on it last longer

Con - Reduced carry weight

Looks a lot that the Ghillie suit in Classic.

Just because of the '' increase noise when moving '' , it's a no no for me .
Never seen anyway a real hunting suit that makes noise when you move , or adds noise when you move .
They are so well made now that you can't here anything ( almost ) when moving in the new tech suits .

It wasent very popular in Classic either . I had one and couple first times , i saw that it spooked all the time , it stayed in the closet afterwards !

just my 2 ¢

The more noise is me basically lending the games logic on sound. Like walking on grass making more noise than walking on paths. Where most stealth games make walking on the softer grass less noisy. Kinda going with the strands rustling about as you move, but just like path vs grass, you would expect the suit to be more quiet.

Main reason for it is to be able to stand up and be invisible (as long as you dont move and in the proper concealment). A lot of the time i bow hunt rabbits and crouch juuuuust dosent get above the scrub to give me a clear shot, but standing startles them lol

PS They could do it more simply like just

Pro - Can stand and be invisible (in proper concealment)
Con - Reduced carry weight

I’m not thrilled at the idea of the Ghillie. That was tried in Classic and it was mixed, had some pros and had some cons. But mainly made the game more frustrating and annoying.
Suddenly your visibility got affected by the biome you were in and you could find yourself in areas, where no matter where you were you’d be seen.

Plus in COTW if you’ve got the perks that increase you concealment, in the right place you become invisible even when standing.

I understand your issues with the bow and rabbits as I had that in classic with turkeys and bows. You spend all that time trying to get close enough, and by the time you’ve got up and drawn the bow they’re already running. And it’s not like you can set up a stand or hunting blind without scaring them off.
