New Zealand map, very disappointed in you guys.
There are no Tahr, the animal that hunters come from all over the world (pre-covid) to hunt, very iconic animal is not represented in the game. Why?

Also the Wapiti, largest specie in NZ is also not represented in game, really, why?

Sure there are others but these two are the most Iconic to hunt. When you ask a hunter about NZ they will say Tahr and Wapiti.

Ask Remi, go on ask him. Remi would not approve!

Disappointing.

Lions, anyway, they been out for a while and they have nutted out the hair issues. They have goats and sheep on other reserves so .....................................................I do see what you trying to say but does not stand.

They already have Wapiti in game (that's Elk in New Zealand BTW, they were imported in around 1905 with 18 species.) Any ideas why they did not add them in, just curious if you knew?

Not trying to flame anyone here.

That's an official response they gave during a dev QA.

Can you tell if there are side-missions? They left them out for SRP.

I can't say anything about the map or animals yet, but I am disappointed in that 303 rifle.

I have to agree, it's really terrible, "money grab and well sort things out later"..

Enjoy the new crash...................I mean map, yes map.

You can try to validate your files in Steam, close steam, restart PC and try again. It has crashed on me too.

Funnily enough, the game has crashed once so far.
But another rifle that can only do class 4 to 8 animals. That thing weighs 3.5 units. The Martensson rifle only weighs 3 and does the same job.
At least the reserves got Turkeys, but yeah does read a little like Hirsch just with Goats and Turks

Its a summer map, and for me as a New Zealander there are several fails here. There should be no red deer Roaring (Mating calls) in summer, Mating dosnt start untill early autumn. The flax plants have no flowers, or if its late summer, laden with seed pods on long stalks and they should be prevalent along and around the waterways. . Light house type structures on the coast might be ok but not in the central areas. As a carpenter with the forest service I did the maintainence on several and they just dont look the part at all, unlike the huts, which are very typical of the huts in our National parks. There is no TOi TOI around the wetlands (Pampas grass ) which should also be everywhere along the waterways. Its a nice enough map but just dosen't quite give the right atmosphere in my mind. Im happy enough with the 303.

most likely tahr will happen but similar to lions will be at a later date because hair problems + time constraints.
