yeah I mean it's this scope that makes it so iconic! Why put a modern style scope on this rifle?

And for those not liking the idea simple solution put your own desired scope on it but we should have a right to keep it iconic!!

Could be licensing issue? Mosin is not Mosin but Solokhin for a reason

I doubt it despite the name as it ends with MN 1890 AKA Mosin Nagant 1890 so I doubt it was a licensing issue or else they might not have been able to put the gun in the game in the first place so just over a sight doesn't make alot of sense.

I mean sure anythings possible but I don't that's the case.

Yeap and would just give a sense of nostalgia to the rifle having it in a more original configuration. Specifically the 1891/30 with PE Sniper scope.

yeah the Mosin Nagant had this big bulky modern day scope on it. Would have been far more iconic to have a PE scope on it which would look far more proper then the big bulky scope that attaches to the rifle

Pu scope sucks ass though. Its literally one of the worst mass produced scopes ever made.

That's your opinion but some of us want a challenge and have a touch of nostalgia in the game with regards to this weapon! You want a modern scope fine but we should also have the option to use the iconic scope if we so chose!

It´s not about the performance IMO. For me, it´s all about the history behind the rifle and creating the full experience/ambience out of it while hunting.
