Looking around while walking?

Hello, is it possible to turn/swivel your head while you walk or run? I'm on PC so using the keyboard to do this is sort of tiring after a while. Thanks!

Only to the extent of what you can do with WASD, unless eye-tracking does more.

i use the arrow keys, being left handed, and when i walk if i wish to look to my left, i will hit the forward and right arrow to compensate or if i wish to look right, forward and left key, that way i can keep sweeping my eyes left-right and stay walking in my intended direction.

On Consoles controller you have two sticks with which you can walk and look around.
Perhaps you can connect a good controller to your PC.

This has been asked for since day one. The option was in classic (free look) so dont hold your breath.

I would very much like to have that freelook action. I use it a lot in Classic and am missing it in CotW .

Funny how you can freelook on your ATV though !!

Like others said, you can use a controller to achieve this.

But, a proper freelook is available in COTW, but you need to have a Tobii Eye Tracker 4C device.

I do have one and is pretty neat to play COTW with it!

As long as the your Gaze overlay option is turned off, you'll be fine! ;)

A bit more relevant, does that 'focus blob' get distracting? I've been thinking of getting eye tracking, but the blob looks irritating.

The blob thing (gaze overlay) is a completely optional thing. I've only enabled it to see it for myself, but after that I've never enabled it. It's not there unless you wanted to be there, for demo or test purpose for example.
