I have been waiting 3 years with the promise that I would have the DLC

I paid for a very expensive pack that was suppose to include all of the future DLC as a reward for being an early supporter. Some of that DLC is still not on my account and now there is new DLC that is also not on my account.

The last time I reported this I was messaged by the developer who at first claimed I was not due those DLC and then they reviewed my purchase and admitted I was and told me they had some issues and it would be sorted.

So when will that DLC come in? Anotehr 3 years and then 3 more for the new DLC? What the heck.
