How to harvest a plain bison in Yukon Valley

There is a mission about a perfect pair of belts. I should harvist a bison with 100% kill score and some full harvest
I have done so countless times without it being scored. Why? What is needed for this to score ?

Best bet is a double lung or heart shot to drop them fast. I took the King 470 and hit them within 50 meters or so.

The mission calls for us to achieve 100% quick kill (meaning the beast has to die within roughly 3-5 seconds of being hit). With a gun, you have four options to make that happen.
Heart, spine and lung. or double lung hits can do the job. You can also break the bisons neck. The spine and lung shot calls for either blatant luck or precision marksmanship. The bullet has to nick the bottom of the spine and the top of a lung simultaneiously. Check out the skeleton shown on the harvest screen to learn the exact location of these areas and decide which option is best for you to use.
