Rio Grande Turkey - Caller?

I can't seem to find any docs on whether or not there is a caller for the Rio Grande Turkey.
I tried the regular turkey caller but doesn't seem to work. I know Hunter Classic has a special caller for the new turkey, but what about in COTW??

I've seen people use the turkey caller for them and it seemed to work. I don't have first hand experience with it but I think it should work.

Yeah, standard turkey caller works just fine !

hmm... didn't for me. Guess I will have to try some more. Maybe I falling on the 60% that it doesn't work.

Regular caller or the crow caller. crow caller works best for me. they seem to respond to it much more often.

Like all animals, Turkeys using a need zone are less responsive to a caller than they otherwise might be.

but it shows the new animals names on each caller description that should give you a clue thats what the new map has

It's a wiki. If nobody edits it then it's not up to date.
However, the in-game-descriptions of the callers list the new animal species as well.
