Stuck connecting to apex connect

Moving to pc from console and its been about 10 mins allready, is this bugged ?

I just had the same problem. I was able to see my avalanche ID and suddenly I'm looping to connecting and logged out... super annoying.

I might be having a simular issue, i just started the game for the first time in 6 months and im logged out. so i want to the website, logged in everything is still linked to steam. but ingame it still says no account and i cant find a login option anywhere in game

it could simply be a temporary DNS failure on the net. Was ok for me my morning here.

There has been severe outage on many AWS servers world wide and in the US zone in particular. Amazon Web Services (AWS) are used by many game companies to distribute server load on multiple platform. Apex Connect and it's database might be among those. It failed on Sunday as outage began to spread. It affects Paypal also.

I told you guys in other posts about this that the issue could be between you and the provider(s) of services. Looks like it is and big.

I check my morning here just now and yes in game you can see the flashing "connecting" (failing) to Apex Connect.

And again that does not mean:
- It's buggy
- Has not worked for 2 years
- Devs are idiots
- Screw this ##### game and platform

Since yesterday I've been logged out of Avalanche Apex Connect. The account type is "no account". My friends have been like this since yesterday. I can't invite friends to my multiplayer game because they aren't recognized online. What's up? What is the cause and what can be done?

Apex connect of The Amgler is working properly.
So I don't think it's a server issue.
