I'm so sick and tired of this ♥♥♥♥ crashing

modded, unmodded. dont ♥♥♥♥♥♥ matter. it crashes at random. one day I can run mods without a single ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ issue. but try playing again a few hours later? crash, crash, crash, crash. maybe stop focusing so much on money and DLCs and FIX whats already broken.

Uninstall your mods. For good.
Check game files integrity
What is your platform? (PC, Laptop, Xbox?)
What is your FPS? Did you limit it to avoid heating of vidcard?
When does it crash? On which action? Map?
Single player, multiplayer?

What do your crashes look like?
Have you looked at your system utilization to see what the game is doing before it crashes?
Are your driverc etc blabla up to date and do other games have issues too?
Have you checked the error log?
Is the point where the game crashes consistant?

Just telling people that the gamne crashes is about as helpful as saying: My car wont work.
No one can fix your problem if no one knows what causes it, when and where.

I´m surprised and assume it must be something with your system. I have 802 hours playtime and never had it crash a single time. Oh and get rid of the mods. They are not allowed. Read the EULA.

I had few crashes after game launch but don't remember any after that. (unmodded, two PC builds during the years)

file integrity is always step 1 when a game crashes on load. which is what i did. mods are not the issue as i stated this game crashes both with and without mods....what is my platform....i....really? that should be self evident.
frames are great until moment of crash, no frame dump. and no i dont limit frames my PC is good enough that it can handle a lot higher demand then what this game throws at it. when does it crash? at random. during startup, then during loading, then during loading into a map.

this is the only game with issue. and yes, drives are always up to date as is the game. i never checked the error log because the crashing is inconsistant. it happens during start up, during loading into a map, on a map. and the crashing can be different even if its back to back- AKA i start the game up immediately again i can get a different point where it crashes.

well, since i dont play online and paid for this game, i can do whatever the ♥♥♥♥ i want to it. and still i had the issue long before i even used mods. dont remember if it was more or less frequent though back then.

nah, nothing with my system. not viruses since i run both A.V and A.M software and even if i ran two A.V the programs wouldnt clash because of how they are coded- but thats way out of left field. no viruses, no malware, no corruption, no playback issue, no lag, and inconsistant crashing that was present before mods were even on my system. which is the other thing....i had crashing issues on a totally different PC a few years ago, once again, no mods during that time. as for the mods themselves, go ♥♥♥♥ yourself. last i checked i paid for the game. and i never spent a single minute online. my mods are only loaded into and used in S.P

If you have some spare time, check the error logs or the windows event viewer.
As soon as your game crashes, check it and see what kind of errors you get and how many of them.
If you have WHEA errors or in general a lot of warnings and errors, then there is something with your OS or your hardware.
If you get none of those, your system is fine and it must be the game.
Keep in mind, just because one game is the only game with issues doesnt mean that its the games fault. Had a problem where Battlefield 2042 wouldnt start without DX errors. Turns out that my CPU load line calibration wasnt stable ^^

BS you are allowed to use mods anywhere. even in other games as long as the mod isint screwing with any PVP modes in games they are allowed even games like CSGO and world of tanks have modded HUDs. but i doubt this is from mods.
since my friend got the game the other day free on epic and it crashed after like 20 mins when he was chasing some deer. there is always something and not everyone will get the same crashs some are fine like me 0 crashs, some will crash.
