I HATE WINDOWS 11!!
Disclaimer: I'm not tech literate. Please don't speak to me in computerize.

The moment Microsoft downloaded Win 11 on my computer it died. I had to be away for a few months, and when I came back my computer's mother board and other things has to be replaced.

I have had nothing but problems ever since, to the point I'm about to junk everything. I used to enjoy playing and had reached level 30. Because of the Win11 download it isn't fun. The game freezes, it takes forever for the tracks to appear after you have killed an animal, I can't see how far along I'm along to my next level...

That is enough, you get the picture.

Please provide specs for your computer system. You can go to the "Start Button", then "Settings", then "System", under system is an "About" tab near the bottom of that page. Post what is on the "About" page so we can start to help you.

Does your computer still work or is it completely inoperable? If the latter then you have a hardware problem. Possibly the harddrive has died or win11 was never completely installed.

If it still works then you need to supply more information to get help for your problem. Since we do not know what the hardware of system is everything will just be a wild guess. After posting your system specs we can better help you with your problem as we will then know what GPU you're using, how much memory the GPU has access to, if the GPU drivers are up to date and which version of DirectX you are using. Both of the following methods will supply more information on your system than using windows About page.

At the top left of the Steam window click on Help, in the drop down menu click on System Information. right click on an empty spot in the Steam - System Information window and select Copy all text to clipboard. In the Steam discussion REPLY box, right click on an empty space and select Paste.

The second is a little more involved way to get the same info. Press the Windows key plus the R key, in the Run popup type dxdiag and press Enter. Here you can examine each tab or select Save All Information. Save All Information will open a Save As box with the title DxDiag.txt, I suggest you append the date behind the DxDiag so it looks like DxDiag <insert date here>.txt then select Save.

To keep from pasting a wall of text here you can open your saved DxDiag.txt file and choose Select All and Copy. This is regular ASCII-Text, you can open it with almost any text editor. But because it can be very large, please do NOT post it here directly. You upload it to https://pastebin.com/ instead (copy and paste all text from the text file), and then just post the link you get from pastebin here. If it is too large for pastebin to handle in one file you will have to split it in half and post both links here.
If pastebin is not available in your country use http://rentry.co and post the link to it here please. The page works like pastebin.

If all else fails, the game runs just fine on Linux via steam proton (although I do agree in your case it might be a hardware issue and a change in operating system won't fix that)

I dunno if recommending Linux to someone who calls themself "tech illiterate" is a good idea. Linux is easier to use than people give it credit for but it's not that easy to use yet.

but yeah this is probably a hardware issue
