Imo scents are wasted money, except for musk deer. But scent eliminators seem to work.
So caller + scent eliminator = deerminator
- Most have an ave. range of 200m
- Most last 90 secs.
- Most have a strenght of 40
SCENTS :
- Most have an ave. range of 200m
- Most last 300 secs
- Most have a strengt of 50
I prefer the scents because of the advantage its got on the callers .
My personal opinion from exps of course .
About the fact that the scents cost money , i agree . But i have no in game money issues .
Good luck .
All is personal to all of us in the end , depending on our style of play .
Agree, scents are a waste of time. Callers work better than scents (radial rather than directional with basically the same range, can be used over and over without penalty so their efficacy duration is irrelevant), and I guess musk deer are the only animal for which there is a scent but no caller. The only way scents could be worth bothering with given how callers work at present would be for them to cover the animals for which no caller exists.
And a bit like NuCkEnFuTs , i will use both many times , if i think of bringing some .
