Which DLCs include achievements?

So im looking at buying the game the next time its on sale, but buying all the DLCs is quite pricey even at a discount, and so I want to check here to see if anyone knows anything. When buying this game, animals arent the only thing I want to hunt, but achievements too (pun intended). So Im just asking for a list or general overview of all the DLCs I should buy in order to be able to achieve 100% Completion on the game.

All of the maps have missions, but the older ones more than the newer ones. All, except for the latest two, have steam achievements. For the achievements you need the maps Hirschfelden, Layton Lake, Medved Taiga, Vurhonga Savanna, Parque Fernando, Yukon Valley, Cuatro Colinas and Silver Ridge Peaks. But I have to warn you, 100 % is not doable. The problem is the Halloween achievement on Medved Taiga, that was only available in 2017 and - I assume - will never come back.

I cant seem to find the DLCs with these maps in them, are they included in the base-game or are they in some other bundle? Also, thanks for letting me know about the 100% Completion problem.

Some people found a way to get the Halloween achievements. Haven't tried it myself yet.
