Stuck at logged out.

Today i tried to play the game and when i entered a map,i notice that my character didnt have the free uniform on him.
I tryed to equip it and said i need an Apex account,that i alrdy have.
I went into options and the status and account type is locked and i cant select it.
i restared game but still says im logged out.
Help plz.

Yes, I came to the forums for this exact problem. The main menu says Logged Out. Under the options menu, under Apex-Connect. It shows Account Type as Locked and underneath that it says "No Account".

I restarted steam and it auto logged me in again :)

I'm glad you got yours working, my friend. However, the steam restart did not fix mine. I'm still stuck on logged out.

Last steam update have issues with gamepads on ETS2.
You could try steam beta (remember your safetycopies) if it helps:

I'm having the same issues. I've tried all the recommended troubleshooting, reinstalled even. the logged out status on the top right of the main menu seems to toggle to 'connecting' for like 0.01 of a millisecond, so quickly i cant tell if it says connecting or connected. Anyone have any new fixes/ideas. reached out to support to no avail.

Did any1 find a solution i just downloaded this game 3 days ago to play with ny friends there game is running normal except mine logged me out any help?

It cant be as I went on today (had the same issue yesterday) and it wasnt working but when I made a fresh account it let me log in...

it connects fine on Epic launcher... it's just the Steam one having problems...

The account selection screen does not appear when I start the game How can I log in with a different account?

if it is just about internet outage, then why am I able to connect using Epic launcher?

the Steam launcher doesn't even ask for account details - just goes straight to the menu

doesnt work on epic either
