What Would the best weapon loadout be, to kill pretty much everything i Come across?

First off, why not try out for yourself?

No offence intended, just that the game is very open and one always arrives at personal preferences for each reserve - and animals preferred. It's also a part of the game to figure out, so if you want to skip that part, i'm quite sure there will be tips coming in though.
I mean, I have several load-outs that covers class 1-9 but I rarely carry that, since I specialize in bow hunting, travelling light. With tent and a dog.

Just pick a loadout that covers every class.

Bows are especially versatile, and can cover all. Bows are also really good big-game killers.

I know you've listed your DLC, but forgive me as I don't know what comes from which any more.

.22H is a versatile weapon, covering class 1 and 2 and freeing up some room.

Shotguns are good too.

The .300 Canning was recommended, but that takes a long time to unlock if you're just starting off. Need high rifle score.

So, off the cuff, maybe something like this

-- Best bow you can afford or have from DLC plus all three arrow weights
-- Any shotgun (I like the 20ga Nordin myself)
-- .22h for class 1 and 2
-- .243 Cuomo for class 3 and 4 (plus boosts your handgun score)
-- .308 or 7mm for class 5 and 6
-- .300 or .338 for big game class 8 and 9, or use the bow.

There are so many weapons in Call of the Wild that you could come up with any number of variations on this. The bottom line is with COTW's generous carry capacity you should look to have all classes covered. Not all maps have all classes. Tailor your choices to the game in the reserve you are hunting. (No class 7, 8 or 9 at Te Awaroa as one example)

All rifles, then cover all the classes, probably something like a .22, the 700 magnum and then some middle range rifle (the starter 243 should do it)

Since you just bought the game, the best advice that I can give to you, is to take your time and just play the game, with the default loadout (first).

The answers you seek will be rendered as you refine your goals, skills, and techniques (are you a big-game hunter, or do you prefer feathered fowl, etc..)

NOTE: This is NOT a Run&Gun game.

If I remember correctly their are 96 animal species spanning 14 Game Reserves, and each Game Reserve is more than (60) Square Kilometers in size — an auditory & visual masterpiece (and growing)!
