In all likelihood the next map is already in the works, and it may be that EW is looking for ideas for more long-term plans.
Either way, I do wish EW were a little bit more communicative on what's in the pipe. There is quite the active community for this game, with a lot of youtubers/streamers, and IMO being mum like this is not the best of business strategies...
Another garbage and useless video. No thanks. The official trailer is pinned in the discussions forum.
Haddock, I wud have expected that you wouldn't leave even one dinosaur left alive there. I suspect your sin buyer was paying you too much. Now that you're rich you've lost the passion. Lol
Hope you find it again on the continent of India.
Looking forward to the "Nepal" map hoping it is not too hilly. Wish there would be more MA maps that do not reveal the "far distance limits" that Apex still struggles with. I mean, one can easily design a reserve that is more or less flat, with many interesting landmarks (small hills and ridges, historic infrastructures, and what not), without opening the floodgates of complaints around the rendering distance.
To this day, I do not understand why EW still make maps with such accessible high grounds and visibility ranges that does not support the game-play 100%. Graphics is still very good (outstanding) if visibility ranges are kept down, map design is a source of negative feedback in this regard.
Fingers crossed.
This is something they can avoid by marking those areas as forbidden.
