Electronic caller missing animals?

Started it up today after getting the DLC. Some goats were around, so i set up the device, found a spot to hide, and only 5 animals were on the list. I thought it covered all the animals?

All animals for which callers exist. You could try the "Who's deer" skill to see if the goats are attracted randomly, but I don't know if that works.

there is a caller for the Bengal tiger but does not show up in the electronic caller

The skill description is somewhat misleading:
The 'Who's Deer' skill in fact only works with specific animals that are hard coded for each caller. And there is no caller that attracts goats with that skill.

Since the Bengal Tiger was introduced only recently and after the electronic caller, they might not have updated that. No idea, though. Perhaps they wanted to avoid having an easy / less dangerous way to hunt tigers.
