Possibility to cap/limit frame rate?
My GPU (3080) is running around 75-85°C at 150-160 fps ingame, workload +-97%. In the main menu it spikes to 1500 fps, lol... I want to set a lower and fixed frame rate to lower the workload and temperature on my GPU. Is this possible?

My ingame video settings are almost all set on medium and I'm playing 1440p.

Go to your Nividia Control panel, then upper left click manage 3d settings, then where it says I would like to use the following 3d settings, select program settings, then click the little drop down arrow, and look for the game you want ie. The hunter call of the wild.exe, now look for Max Frame Rate, then to the right it probably says use global settings off, click the down arrow and check the box on. I set my frame FPS to 58 and the game runs fine and my computer runs cool. Sorry for long post, I hope I helped. Oops I forgot to say click apply settings on lower right of your screen or nothing will change.

Just activate vsync ingame in the video settings, or limit the fps in your video driver (for example in the nvidia systemsettings for the game).
