How to complete 6th mission from father in Cuatro Colinas?

the mission ask me to hunt anything from 400 meter
even i done that twice but can't complete the mission
must i to hunt a goat form 400 meter like his mission statement?

What is the exact wording of the hunt? There is an achievement in the game requiring that you hit (note: "hit" not kill or harvest) an animal from 400m. As long as you hit the animal you get the achievement. Maybe it's the same way here?
Anyway, I got the achievement but have not done your mission. I got the achievement in Africa by lying down with my big scope and raised the gun slightly and got lucky. It will probably take you a number of trys so treat it like a long term project. it' will come.

First time,i have shot a wolf from 415m and get the achievement but the wolf not die at once,so i has not get the 100% speed score and can not complete the mission
So i think maybe the mission need to shot and kill the animal from 400m over.
Next time,i choose a Roe deer（easy to kill）shot it by Ter 3 weapon from 405m
the Roe deer died but still can not complete the mission

you re just at the beginning , you ll have to shoot every animal of the reserve with gold score,you ll have to find and kill a diamond. now i ve got the 6.5 mm with a wooden skin thats lovely :)

Dont need to be a one shot, I did shot twice, minimum range have to be 400m i did with 400.11m

I`m currently at his gold red deer mission combining it with cook`s mission to shoot them into the heart with crossbow. Had several gold red deer before that mission and now they are all turning up silver and I keep missing the damn heart with the crossbow bolt by a few lousy cm`s.

What weapon even reaches past 400m? I've tried a few rifles that claim to have "vast" range, but I can never seem to hit the damn things. Even harder still, being 400m away with a clear shot...

30.06 no problem reaching 400m. you have be quick and put a good shot on them before the disappear on you though.I got mine(took 2 tries) from the top of the ledge at MIRADOR DE DONA EMILIA. look at the far side of the lake about 11ish am. Forgot to tell you that the ledge is near the LOOKOUT TOWER there.

That's the rifle I've been using... and it's like none of the bullets even reach that far. I've wasted maybe 60 rounds with no hits, I can't be THAT bad.
