Roe and Ibex, best gun for both?
hey all, i'm trying out plenty of hunting here in spain, but the new matsein rifle, what were all using for ibex may be perfiect for ibex, boars and wolves, espacly with its 200m long effective range which is benafical as you can take them out when stalking close proves impossable, but the roe are below the new rifles intgrety belt, so i ask here a question, does anyone here know a good rifle with deicent accuracy for the ibex yet also keeps integrity for roe as well,

the 30-30 is out as it has the hitting power but it can't match the range needed for ibex, and the mosins to powerful for roe i beleve, the 22 rifle can kill both hares and roe though its somewhat low on bleedout, and would be way to weak for ibex, so does anyone esle have a gun they can recogmend for me to try?

The .223 is a good class 1 gun for the Roe. I haven't used it yet, but I'd suggest that the 6.5mm was added specifically for the goats.

do goats class as rank 1 or rank 2 animals? but i will try the 223, I only use it usealy for foxes and geese, its dam accurate , but can it effectifly wound a goat? well i guess i'll have to try it out :D

yeah i use it well for lynxs and musk deer too, jackets, coyotes though i do wish it worked well for rabbits and ducks too, as its far more accurate than the 22 rifle

what about the huntsman? does that keep integrty for roe? boy i' havent used that since i started with all the other guns unlocked i've had no reason too

"chuckles" i remember when i first started useing it, on my first days of play, with the huntsman and softpoints, rofl i couldn't successfully wound a loaf of bread let alone kill a fallow XD

MN 1890 is perfect for roes. 30.06 works very well for goats.

I've been using the .45 air rifle for Roe and the .30-06 and .45-70 for everything else in the reserve.

7.62x54+30-06+22 rifle/pistol.

All except hare and roe with 30-06, roe with 7.62x54 and hare with 22. You can change 7.62x54 for 20ga(nordin) and only carry: 20ga+30-06. Buckshot have 150m with zeroing.
You could also go .45 or .357 for roe.

This only covers African animals, not those in CC...or am I missing something.
