Heeling
Don't know who designed the dogs habits, but they need to learn what heeling means. The dog should not be wandering around in front of you when called to heal.

Not sure since I dont't own that DLC, but I think other players mention dog needs to get better with time, gain XP or something like that.

When I tell the dog to heel he stays behind me but, usually, 10 yards behind me. That's not heeling either.
