Do green winged teal decoys actually exist in the game?

The wiki says that you need green winged teal decoys for green winged teals. However, they don't seem to exist in the store and I don't have any in storage. Do they actually exist? Or is this some kind of bug? (I have Duck and Cover DLC and Mississippi Acres).

They are in the store.

You probably have to own the New England DLC to have them in the shop. That's where green winged teal were introduced. On Mississippi they were only back-filled.

Decoys are sold under the lures section, and that's where you find them in your inventory.

That explains it for me. It's the only reserve DLC I don't own.
