Layton Lake Lodge

Okay, Ive been at this since the game came out and never knew there was a lodge in Layton lake. I dont think Ive ever seen it in the list when i go to trophy lodges, i see saseka and springcreek, and i visited those in friends lodges, but this is the first ive seen this layton Lodge, and u can actually walk around outside of it. whats up....anyone else aware of this

I just so happened to come across this yesterday as I was playing. I was walking the footpath from southern ridge outpost to cheelah lake and stumbled on it. When I first saw it I was like what is that? I don't remember seeing that before. Very cool having that on the map.

So it almost seems that it's been very recently placed on the map than.

The last published update on Steam was pushed on March 28, 2023, and the new trophy lodge was in the March 14th update, so it had to be in one of those. I haven't been to that particular area in LL for at least that long. it's possible that plenty of players came across the lodge on their maps before we did, but haven't mentioned it.

Ah okay, thanks for the info. And the few people here in this forum are a minority of the total playing population.

I posted my findings on COTW's Discord channel, under the trophy lodges thread - it seems nobody in that thread knew about this - I've had some replies this morning from players who were just as surprised as we were LOL

OK I visited the second building. No beds that can be used but I confirm they are active in big lodge. Made me wonder..... Did devs hear our demands? Will our lodges be on our reserves next? As a outpost? Those we saw in LL have all for it. Curious.
