Trying to unlock aMoose Call

Been trying to unlock a moose call. I get to the level required, and there's a higher number next to the level number. What's the second number mean?

If you mean the numbers like 27/35 then 27 would be what you have and 35 is what you need to be at before the item unlocks. Moose callers unlock at level 35.

NP Unlike callers or scent lures, weapons are really strange since you can unlock them before you can unlock the ammo you need to use them.

You can unlock the weapon with "standard" ammunition. Things like poly tipped will still be locked.
