Animal Track Visibility
Hi guys,
Just started playing this game at the weekend and as I've slowly progressed (currently lvl 9) I've lost animal track visibility! First had it happen on the MED-VED Tiaga reserve and it slowly started happening on the other reserves. 1 minute I'd have tracks highlighted the next minute I wouldn't!
I've tried changing their colours which sometimes helps, sometimes using the nightvision scope to see works. Sometimes you can see them in the day and not at night, and vise versa, sometimes it depends on the weather.

If you've got tracks set to be highlighted in the settings, in theory it shouldn't matter about any of the above, so I am right in assuming this is a bug?

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated

Jim use your head lamp at night the tracks will light up or when It gets dark out. I use white to see tracks and a blue for tracking and have np . I have a 1000 hours playing , your person you use In game get all the perks when you can for tracking they do help a lot, there Is a learning curve for the game hang in there It gets easy , you will be able to track even better later on enjoy I hope you get your first diamond or great one some time , good luck any more questions just ask.

And as always in case something weird happens: validate your game files (steam menu).

Make sure the settings are correct even turned off but Im not sure.

Cheers, I was thinking it was a bug and started a new game deleting all my progress! This was before I read your reply!! Nevermind

Tracks become invisible at night, you need to turn on the flashlight or use the binos.

Night starts at 19:00 (7PM) and ends at 5:00 (5AM).
